Cancelling a session

Have you booked a session and cannot make it? Let us know as early as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] with the name you booked under and the time of your session. You do not need to give a reason.

If you would rather move the session, say so in the email. We aim to reply within one working day.

Deadlines and costs

The cancellation deadline depends on the psychologist. You will find the exact deadline on their profile, in your booking confirmation, and in the calendar event.

If you cancel before the deadline, you do not pay for the session. Late cancellations and no-shows are invoiced at the full session price. Payment is after the session.
